Gänsewerder

The tiny uninhabited island geese German Werder located in Schaproder Bodden in the Baltic Sea, 400 meters east of the peninsula yells Hiddensee. It is part of the National Park Boddenlandscape and may not be entered.
The surface of the geese Werder is flat, sandy, wet and covered only of reeds and small plants. A small pond is located in the northeast. The island has a sloping from southwest to northeast, oval shape, measuring about 328 times 155 meters, with an area of four hectares.
At the time of establishment of the National Park was the goose Werder (like the yells ) is a coastal bird breeding area, but which is extinguished. The inhabited by some species of birds Hiddenseer Fährinsel is administratively grouped with the yells and the Gänserwerder the National Park.
