Gary D.
Gary D. (* 1964; birth name Gerald Malke ) is a German trance and techno DJ and producer.
Biography
Gary D. began in 1980 at the age of 16 years in Hamburg, his DJ career as Gary Dee and then put Disco, Hip Hop and R & B on. In the summer of 1988, he was first introduced to House, Techno and Acid in contact, which changed his musical style greatly. He hung up soon in the newly opened Club Unit until this club was forced to close in 1994. He then became a resident DJ, which he finally helped Club from 1994 to 1997 to a breakthrough in the tunnel. It was followed by appearances at major events such as Mayday and the Love Parade in Germany or the Goliath and the Energy in Switzerland. Around 2000 he built a new well Hardstyle in his sets and has been very successful in Holland, where he was booked for events such as Qlimax, Defqon.1, In Qontrol, Decibel and Mystery Land.
In addition to his activities as a solo artist Gary D. also had collaborations with the Hamburg DJ Sven Dohse colleagues ( Emojonal ) and Boris Dlugosch ( Subtle Houzze ).
