Gąsków

Gąsków ( German name: Ganzkow, Kr Belgard ) is a village in Poland, ( Gmina ) Rabino ( United Rambin ) in the powiat Świdwiński belongs to the rural community in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is located about 13 kilometers south of Białogard ( Belgard ) in the source region of the Topiel ( Nonnenbach ), southeast of the 95 -meter-high mountain called Lipiny Gora ( Liepe mountain).

Place

The little Pomeranian Rittergutsort Ganzkow belonged until 1945 to the Belgard and was in the district of the municipality Grüssow (now Polish: Gruszewo ). His name could be " Topfort " or " pottery village " hot in the derivation of " garnek " (= " pot " ), and would therefore Wendish origin.

Ilse von Schaumann was last owner of the estate, which had its own distillery and a private sawmill. However Originally Ganzkow was Arnhausen ( Lipie ) a fief of the family von Manteuffel. After the Thirty Years' War was Asmus von Manteuffel owner of the goods until 1736 in the possession of the family Rückert, and 1804, the wife of Captain bark, came. 1853 of the Allodierung of the goods.

Church

In 1914 it was assigned to the Arnhausener Branch community Groß Rambin, whose church was built in 1927 as a church for the Ganzkower. School

In 1928, 19 children attended, led by teacher Erich Laude Ganzkower school.
