Gaupne is a Tettsted and the administrative center of the Norwegian municipality of Luster in Sogn og Fjordane county.

Gaupne has 1,188 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2012) and is situated on the west bank of the Lusterfjord, a northern tributary of the Sognefjord, near the Nigardsbreen, a tributary glacier of the Jostedalsbreen. Gaupne is located on Sognefjellsveien Reichsstrasse 55 to Lom. Places of interest include Hafslo, Marifjøra, Sogndal, Luster and Skjolden. On the other side of the fjord is Urnes Stave Church.
