Georg Nickaes

Georg " Schorsch " Nickaes ( born June 12, 1971 in Bad Reichenhall ) is a German climber and alpine athletes. He is a member of the German national ski mountaineering and there active speaker.

Nickaes, which operates several alpine sports, including mountain running and climbing, graduated 1994, the training to become a mountain guide from the army and operates the ski mountaineering since that time as a competitive sport. When he emerged in 1999 with the " DIAMIR Race" (unofficial German Championship Ski Mountaineering before the membership of the DAV in ISMC ) at Dammkar as the best German participant, he was by the German Alpine Club (DAV ) as a consequence of participation in international competitions in this sport nominated and participated in the European Cup, in Europe and three times at the World Championships of Ski Mountaineering part.
