Glamorgan Spring Bay Council

Glamorgan Spring Bay is located on the central east coast of the island about 65 km northeast of the capital, Hobart. The area includes 13 districts and towns: Apslawn, Bicheno, Buckland, Coles Bay, Cranbrook, Dolphin Sands, Little Swanport, Orford, Pontypool, Rheban, Spring Beach, Swansea and Triabunna. The seat of the City Council is located in Triabunna in the southern half of the LGA where about 960 inhabitants.
Management
The Glamorgan Spring Bay Council has nine members. The Mayor ( Mayor ), his deputy ( deputies) and Councillor seven are elected directly by the residents of the LGA. Glamorgan Spring Bay is not divided into districts.
