Goldrush (Band)

History

Goldrush was founded by brothers Robin and Joe Bennett under the name Whispering Bob, named after the DJ " Whispering " Bob Harris very well known in England. Under this name they released on their own label Truck Records their first EP Same Picture. Only shortly before the band signed with Virgin Records in 2001, they changed the band's name in Goldrush. Initially the band consisted of brothers Robin and Joe Bennett, Garo Nahoulakian, Jef Clayton and G Roby. However Jef Clayton left the band in 2003 and was on electric bass replaced by Growler.

Her first album Do not Bring Me Down still appeared in 2002, but by the end of the year, the band of Virgin Records was dropped. So they brought her next album Extended Play and 2004, the EP Ozona back out on their own label Truck Records in 2002. In the USA in 2005 by Better Looking Records has released a music version of Ozona, which sold well there. 2007 was followed by the album The Heart Is The Place, again self-produced the band and marketed.
