Grocholub
Grocholub, Polish Grocholub, is a town in Upper Silesia. Grocholub located in the municipality rolls in the powiat Krapkowicki in Polish Opole Voivodeship.

Geographical Location
Grocholub is located three kilometers northeast of the municipality seat rollers, ten kilometers south-east of the county town of Krapkowice ( Krappitz ) and 32 kilometers south of the Opole voivodship.
History
Grocholub was first mentioned in 1228 as " Grocholuba ". 1892, the first school was opened.
In the plebiscite in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921 276 voters voted to remain in Germany and 58 for Poland .. Grocholub remained with the German Reich. 1933 lived 556 inhabitants in the village. On 15 June 1936, the town was renamed in Erbersdorf. 1939, the place had 553 inhabitants. By 1945, the place was in the district of Neustadt OS.
In 1945 the previously German place under Polish administration and renamed Grocholub and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950, the city came to Opole Voivodeship. In 1999 the place to re-founded powiat Krapkowicki. On April 4, 2006, in the municipality of rollers, the Grocholub belongs introduced German as a second official language.
