Gülcan Kamps
Guelcan Kamps ( born September 20, 1982 in Lübeck; born Karahanci [ karahandʒɯ ] ) is a German television presenter and actress of Turkish descent.
Life
After her schooling in Lübeck and the High School in 2002 Kamps wanted to start a degree in economics. Since it has been approved either in Hamburg or Berlin to study, they participated in a talent show of the Cologne music channel VIVA on 28 September 2002. There she was able to prevail against approximately 500 applicants. Then she moved to Cologne, then to low- Kassel. Now she lives in the sea bush.
On 7 August 2007 she married Sebastian Kamps, son of Heiner Kamps, founder of the store and bakery Kamps AG. The wedding preparations were sent as part of a highly controversial television series modeled after the series Sarah & Marc in Love from 19 June 2007 to ProSieben. The eight-part docu-soap Gülcan dream wedding came to an end with the live broadcast of the civil wedding of the Columbia hotel in Travemünde. In March 2011, Kamps called the media coverage of their wedding as a crazy idea, and declared a corresponding production as "very intense, very time consuming, very nerve- consuming ." Although Kamps stressed that they do not regret the decision, but the documentation is a project that she " would not do it again. "
Moderator
From January 2003 to mid-2010 she was a presenter at VIVA. She presented there the interactive broadcasting VIVA Live, Interactive, and 17 also moderated the VIVA News, Shibuya, at times the VIVA and VIVA NEW Top 100 as well as special.
On the occasion of the Euro Vision Song Contest 2004 Kamps reported in May for ProSieben ( TV total ) and VIVA ( INTERACTIVE ) one week from Istanbul. Since April 2004, she is also committed to charitable purposes; they supported the work of UNICEF in its first Viennese tulips ball where an international audience the cultural diversity of Austria and Turkey was brought closer.
As of 20 August 2006, she moderated in place of the now deposed Ben Bravo TV broadcast on ProSieben.
Kamps was also already seen twice in the men's magazine Maxim. In March 2011, VIVA announced to separate after seven years of struggle because they do not fit into the new concept Moderator of the transmitter. In 2011 she reported for The Dome at RTL II from the red carpet.
Actress
Her acting debut Kamps in June 2005 in Andersrum of Mark Keller and Heiner Lauterbach as "victims". The film with Kamps in a small supporting role, however, flopped.
In 2006, she took over in the RTL sitcom Everybody Loves Jimmy the role of Leyla arkadas. In 2006, she also starred in the RTL comedy gameshow 5 to 100 with further rate in shows such as What does Germany? ( Sat.1 ) or Extreme Activity ( ProSieben).
On 24 June 2008, the docu-soap Guelcan and Collies started move to the country on ProSieben. There she was, together with Collien Fernandes elm on a Chiemgau farm everyday situations beyond party and jet-set life exposed. The concept of this show is based on the U.S. production The Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
In 2009 she played a supporting role in the television series The little man ( Episode charity ), where she worked as it occurs itself.
Kamps joined in early 2010 in the docu-soap The Celebrity Pauker, which aired on ZDFneo. In the program they had to teach an eighth grade as a " teacher ".

2013 took Guelcan Kamps part in the sixth season of Let 's Dance, but she was disqualified in the first mission again. Her dance partner was Nikita Bazev.

In August 2003, Kamps made musical attention to himself: together with Turkish singer Mustafa Sandal Aya Benzer she sang the title / Moonlight and made it so that in the top 10 of the German charts. Your part they sang in different versions in German and English.
