Gustav Storm
Gustav Storm ( born June 18, 1845 in Rendalen, Norway, † February 23, 1903 in Bygdøy ) was a Norwegian historian, writer and professor at the University of Oslo.
Life
Storm was born the son of Ole and John Storm Hanna Jørgine Mathilde in Breda Rendalen and as a brother of Johan Storm. The family then moved to Lardal because Storm's father was governor there. When Storm was five years old, his father died and the family moved to Oslo.
In 1862 he finished his school and then studied philology at the University of Oslo. He completed this in 1868 with the name " Cand. Philol " from. Then he worked for several years as a teacher in the fields of philology and history.
