H.I.P. H.O.P.

H.I.P. H.O.P. was a French television series that was planned and directed by Sidney Duteil, which spread the hip- hop culture in France. The show aired in 1988, was the world's first broadcast only on the subject of hip-hop ( rap and break dance ). The presentation was rapped. H.I.P. H.O.P. was the first television program that was presented by a black moderator in France.

Besides Sidney Duteil the mission had received numerous guests, such as Sugar Hill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Afrika Bambaataa, Herbie Hancock, The Breaks, The Tribe and The Art of Noise. Even Madonna had visited the mission once. Regular guests included Paris City Breakers, or graffiti artists Futura 2000 from New York.
