Habo Municipality

Habo is a municipality (Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish province of Jönköping County, the historic province of Västergötland. The main town of the municipality is Habo.

Geography

The municipality is located on the western shore of Lake Vättern.

History

In the formation of the county of Västra Götaland County, the community was released from Skaraborg County and incorporated into the County of Jonkoping County.
