Haim (Band)

Haim is an American pop rock band from Los Angeles. The members are the sisters Danielle Haim (* 1989), Alana Haim (* 1991) and Este Haim (* 1986). Live they are supported by her cousin on drums.

History

The siblings formed at an early age a cover band called Rockinhaim along with their parents, in which her ​​father Mordechai participated as a drummer and her mother Donna as a singer. In February 2012, a first recordings together with video from Haim was posted online and made available for a short time for free download available with the EP Forever. Since September 2012, this EP is also available as 10 " vinyl commercially available. Thereafter, she took the record company Polydor under contract. Was followed by some live appearances, including as support for the group Mumford & Sons on their U.S. tour in August, for Florence the Machine in December 2012 on their UK / Ireland tour in 2013 on the European tour of the indie-pop band Phoenix.
