Hamad Al Fardan

Hamad Ahmed Al Fardan (* June 27, 1987 in Manama ) is a Bahraini racers. He is the son of rally driver Ahmed Al Fardan.

Hamad Al Fardan began his motorsport career in 1997 in karting. At the age of 16 years, Al Fardan joined the Asian Formula BMW in 2004. For the Belgravia team driving he finished eighth in the championship. In 2005 he moved to Meritus Racing, who won the championship in the preseason, and drove a second season in the Formula BMW Asia. Al Fardan took two pole positions and four wins. In the overall classification, he finished in third place. 2006 launched Al Fardan for Meritus Racing in the New Zealand Toyota Racing Series and was a win 13 overall.

2007 joined Al Fardan to Europe in the national class of the British Formula 3 Championship. Al Fardan stood at 22 race twelve times on the podium. However, he failed to win a race. Nevertheless, he stood at the end of third place in the overall standings. 2008 Al Fardan drove again in Europe. He started in both the German and the Austrian Formula 3 for Franz Woss Racing. In the German Formula 3 Al Fardan finished in twelfth place in the Austrian Formula 3 to seventh place in the overall standings.

In early August was duty bound for the 2008/2009 GP2 Asia Series season, Al Fardan of iSport International. Al Fardan managed only once to jump into the points and finished in 20th place overall. 2009 was Al Fardan in the Asian Formula Renault V6 at the start and won with four wins in four races dominate the title of this championship.
