Hans Pienitz

Hans Pienitz ( born January 27, 1988 in Miami, Florida ) is an American- German ice hockey player who is under contract with SC Langenthal in the National League B since the 2013/2014 season.

Career

Hans Pienitz began his career as a hockey player with the young eagles Mannheim, where he was active in the German Junior Football League from 2004 to 2006 and with whom he won consecutive DNL Championship three times. Then the defender moved to the GCK Lions, for their first team, he was active from 2006 to 2010 in the Swiss National League B. In the 2009/10 season he was also five times for the ZSC Lions in the National League A is used.

For the season 2010/11 Pienitz was engaged by the Hamburg Freezers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.

In the season 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 at the EHC Basel Sharks in the National League as he plays in Switzerland's second season in Basel, he finished at SC Langenthal, to which he on the new season 2013/2014 changed.

Internationally

For Germany Pienitz took part in the Under-18 Junior World Cup in 2006.
