Hebden Bridge

Hebden Bridge is a country town in the Metropolitan Borough of Calderdale the English county of West Yorkshire. According to the census Hebden Bridge had a total of 4,500 inhabitants in 2001.

Geography

Hebden Bridge is located about 25 km west of Bradford, 25 km north- west of Huddersfield, 25 km north east of Rochdale, 20 km east of Burnley and 40 km northeast of Manchester.

Hebden Bridge is located on the A- road A646 (Halifax - Burnley), about 20 km from the M62 and 25 miles from the M65. The city is also connected to the railway network: From here trains to Halifax, Bradford, Leeds and York in the East as well as Burnley, Rochdale and Manchester to the west.
