Hélder Barbosa

Hélder Jorge Leal Rodrigues Barbosa ( born May 25, 1987 in Paredes ) is a Portuguese football player.

Career

In the club

Barbosa learned to play football in the youth of the FC Porto and was on the final day of the 2005/06 season his debut in the Primeira Liga, as he the second half of the match against Boavista played for the already established masters and in the final minute of a sending off obtained. From 2006 to 2008 Barbosa played on loan at Académica de Coimbra, before he returned to Porto in January 2008 to replace the countries participating in the Africa Cup Tarik Sektioui. For the season 2008/ 09 he moved again on loan to Erstligaaufsteiger CD Trofense, but could not prevent its immediate re- descent as a regular player. After another lending with Vitória Setúbal Barbosa signed in the summer of 2010, a three-year contract at SC Braga.

In the National Team

Barbosa went through the youth teams of his country. On 14 November 2012, he made ​​his debut in the senior national team as part of a friendly against Gabon.
