Helsenhorn

The Helsenhorn with 3'272 m above sea level. M. the highest elevation of the community Grengiols. It is located near the Italian border between the horn and the Hille Scherbadung ( Pizzo Cervandone ) in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. The classic route leads from the Holy Cross in the Binn Valley to Chummesee about the knight Pass and the Helsegletscher to Helsenhorn. Below its 700 -meter-deep western flank is the rockfall risk Chriegalppass with his huge rock glaciers.
