Hlásná Třebaň

Hlásná Třebaň ( German front Trebain ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is eleven kilometers south-east of Beroun and belongs to Okres Beroun.

Geography

Hlásná Třebaň located in the highlands Karlštejnská (Karl Steiner hills ) on the left bank of the Berounka. The village is situated in the conservation area Český kras ( Bohemian Karst ). To the north rise the Plešivec ( 363 m) and the Haknová (402 m), in the northeast of Policko (360 m ) southeast of the Hvíždinec (476 m), in the south of Vrážky ( 577 m ) and west of the Voskov ( 369 m). Across the river sits the railway line Prague- Plzeň runs, for Zadnà Třebaň Station offers a pedestrian bridge over the river.

Neighboring towns are Karlstejn and Mořina in the north, Mořinka, Dolni Roblín, Roblín, V Chaloupkách and Karlík in the northeast, Rovina and Cerna Skala in the east, Řevnice the southeast, Zadnà Třebaň, Vatina and Lhotka in the south, Běleč, Liteň and Dolni Vlence in the southwest, Korno and Krupná in the west and Klučice and Poučník in the northwest.

History

Archaeological finds evidence of a settlement of the municipal area during the Bronze Age.

The first written mention of the village took place in 1000, when Duke Boleslav III. the Benedictine monastery Insula next several villages, the fishermen left in Dražová, Třebaň and Lahovice. After the abolition of patrimonial formed Hlásná Třebaň / front Tréban 1850 a municipality in the district of Smíchov and judicial district of Beroun. 1868, the community was assigned to the district Hořovice. During the floods in the night of 25 May 26, 1872, the entire village was flooded. Rovina was umgemeindet 1880 by Zadnà Třebaň after Hlásná Třebaň. Since the end of the 19th century as an alternative to 1924, also used Přední Třebaň as official place name. Until the beginning of the 20th century Hlásná Třebaň remained a small farming town. The emerging tourism, especially near Karlstejn Castle led to the emergence of the first log cabins in the 1930s. Since 1936 Hlásná Třebaň belongs to Okres Beroun. 1980 left a flood of Berounka severe damage, the following year, followed by a flood of the century. During the floods of 12 - 14th August 2002 sank the place again in the floods of Berounka stood by 50 hectares of its territory under water. The total damage was estimated at 53 million crowns. In 2006 Hlásná Třebaň consisted of 285 houses with 606 inhabitants, most of whom commute to work in nearby cities. Agriculture plays only a minor role. Much of the flow loop was built holiday cottages, as well as the river level at Rovina; in total there are 620 in Hlásná Třebaň recreation facilities.
