Ilya Sergeyevich Solarjow (Russian Илья Сергеевич Соларев; born August 2, 1982 in Perm, Russian SFSR ) is a Kazakh- Russian ice hockey player, who since September 2013 banned for two years because of a doping offense.

Career

Ilya Solarjow began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Molot Perm - Prikamye, for its professional team, he made his debut in the Russian Super League in the 2000 /01 season. Previously, he had been active for the second team of the club in the third-class Perwaja league. Subsequently, he was selected in the ninth round in the NHL Entry Draft in 2001 as a total 281 players from the Tampa Bay Lightning, for which he, however, never played. The 2001/02 season spent the attacker at Neftjanik Leninogorsk in the subprime Wysschaja League and Avangard Tambov in Perwaja league. In the following season, he ran on for the second team Molot - Prikamye Perm Perwaja League and the HK Brest in the Belarusian Extraliga.

From 2003 to 2008 played Solarjow consecutively for motor Barnaul, Energia Kemerovo, the HK Lipetsk, Kasachmys Satpajew and Barys Astana in the Wysschaja League, where he parallel for Satpajew graduated in the 2006/ 07 some games in the Kazakh Cup and additionally Cup winner was. For Barys Astana of the national team level since the 2008/ 09 season for three years in the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League on the ice. For the 2011/12 season he joined the HK Ertis Pavlodar from Kazakhstan's Championship, with which he was runner- Kazakh, 2012. After this success, he returned to Astana.

In September 2013, he was blocked by the IIHF for two years after he was tested during the World Cup 2013 in Hungary positive effect on asthma agent salbutamol.

Internationally

For Kazakhstan Solarjow participated in the World Championships Division I in 2008, 2009 and 2013 as well as the top division of the World Cup, 2010. In addition, he was in his country's squad for the qualifiers for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and 2014 in Sochi, as well as at the Asian Winter Games 2011. For the latter he won with his team the gold medal.
