Interface Inc. ( NASDAQ: IFSIA ) is an American manufacturer of carpeting, based in Atlanta.

The company was founded in 1973 by Ray Anderson in LaGrange, Georgia under the name of InterfaceFLOR, modular flooring systems and since then has been in this area claims to be the world leader.

In 1994, under the influence of the book The Ecology of Commerce by Paul Hawken and the demands of its clientele, placed under CEO Anderson, a transformation of the company Interface Inc. from a pure producer and seller to an operating one, which takes a product carpet service flooring system distributes.
