Ishak Belfodil

Ishak Belfodil (Arabic إسحاق بلفوضيل ); Born January 12, 1992 Mostaganem, Algeria ) is an Algerian- French footballer who is since July 2013 at Inter Milan under contract and is on loan to AS Livorno.

Career

Association

In his youth Belfodil played for several French clubs, including Paris Saint- Germain and from 2007 to 2008 Clermont Foot. In 2008 he came to Olympique Lyonnais, where he first came into use in the youth teams and in the fourth division amateur team. On 22 August 2009, he was 3-0 against AJ Auxerre on Matchday third Ligue 1 debut for the first team. Three days later he made his debut in the UEFA Champions League.

End of January 2012 Belfodil was awarded for the remainder of the 2011/12 season in the Serie A team Bologna FC. For the following season, he moved to Parma, where he was able to achieve eight goals in 33 league games.

On 5 July 2013, the striker moved to the Italian tradition Inter Milan, where he signed a five-year contract. After 2013/14 was used only irregularly at Inter in the first half of the season, he was loaned to second round of Serie A rivals AS Livorno.

National

2009 Belfodil received a French passport and played for various youth national teams of France. With France, he took part in the U-17 European Championship in 2009.

In August 2012, Ishak Belfodil was first nominated for the qualification for the African Cup of Nations in 2013 for the national team of Algeria. Because of dressing changes requested by Belfodil was confirmed only on 26 September 2012 by the FIFA, his debut had to be postponed. Finally he gave it on 14 August 2013, a friendly against Guinea, which ended 2-2.
