Jade Cargo International, was a Chinese cargo airline based in Shenzhen.

History

On 21 October 2004, the shareholders' agreement was signed, the establishment of a Chinese cargo airline by Shenzhen Airlines ( 51%), Lufthansa Cargo ( 25 % ) and the German Development Corporation (24%) foresaw. The flight operations began on 5 August 2006. The joint venture is the first cargo airline in China with foreign ownership.

Began in late 2011 Jade Cargo flight operations due to lack of demand until further. In spring 2012, Lufthansa announced to issue their share of Jade Cargo International and still want to get out from 2012 to the joint venture.
