Jan Henne

January Margo Henne ( born August 11, 1947 in Oakland, California ) is a former American swimmer.

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she was two time Olympic gold medalist. She won 1:00,0 min. about 100 m freestyle and the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay. About 200 m medley, she won bronze and 200m freestyle silver medal.

As a student at Arizona State University in January hen won nine U.S. students Championship title. She put her career on eight U.S. records. In 1979, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the international swimming sport.
