Jared Reiner

Jared Thomas Reiner ( born April 8, 1982 in Mitchell, South Dakota ) is a former American professional basketball player at the position of the center.

Reiner began his professional career in 2004 with the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA Summer League. His first regular NBA game he played during the 2004/2005 season with the Chicago Bulls. In the next season he was with the Phoenix Suns under contract, but made no play due to injury. It was followed by a short exposure to the D -League and in Spain, until he was finally obliged from Bamberg in February 2008 by former champion Brose Baskets. In the pre-season 2008/ 09 he was in the extended squad of the Philadelphia 76ers, but was not given a contract in December 2008 and moved back to Germany to the polar bear in Bremerhaven. The polar bears were in that season knocked off Table, while Reiner had to deal with injuries and only 12 games for the club completed. The fate of Reiner repeated as before with the 76ers in the fall of 2009, when he again did not make the leap into the final season Cadre the Minnesota Timberwolves. After a further commitment in the NBA Development League as well as in the Puerto Rican BSN he hired for the 2010/11 season at the BBL Movers BBC Bayreuth.
