Jarosław Fojut

Jarosław Fojut ( born October 17, 1987 in Legionowo, Poland), nicknamed Jarek, is a Polish football player.

Career

The Pole is in England, called "The Butcher" to the German butcher. The reason for this nickname is its very heavy hitters. Fojut made ​​his competitive debut for Bolton Wanderers in 2006 against Watford FC in the third round of the FA Cup. The debut in the English Premier League was the central defender also in the 2006/07 season against FC Portsmouth. But he could, even after two lending in the League One not prevail, which is why he left Bolton in January 2009 towards Slask Wrocław, where he signed a contract until mid-2012. After being in the first two seasons, also due to injury, only completed a small part of the games, he was from the summer of 2010 regulars.

Early January 2012 it was revealed that Fojut is his contract with Slask Wrocław not renew and go in the summer free transfer to Celtic. He signed a contract until mid- 2015. According to a torn ligament in his knee in April 2012 and further studies in London were Celtic in May announced that the transfer would not come about because of it. Since the beginning of July 2012, he was therefore without a club. After nearly six months, he was obliged to Season 2013 from the Norwegian first division side Tromsø IL. He signed a contract until the end of June 2015.

National

With the Polish U19 national Fojut took part in the U-19 European Championship 2006 in Poland and the Polish U-20 national team at the U -20 World Cup Canada 2007.
