Jean-Charles Trouabal

Jean -Charles Trouabal ( born May 20, 1965 in Paris ) is a French former track and field athlete and Olympian. At a height of 1.87 m his competition weight was 77 kg.

At the 1988 Olympic Games Trouabal retired in the second round in the 100 -meter run. In the season he was not used. 1990 Trouabal first won the French league title in the 200 -meter run. By 1995, five more titles to follow.

At the European Championships in 1990 in Split Trouabal was actually intended only for the 200 -meter run. Here he won in 20.31 s silver behind the Briton John Regis. For the season was actually Gilles Quenéhervé set. However Quenéhervé fell out due to illness and Trouabal moved for him in the 4 x 100 - meter relay. The squadron won in the cast Hermann Lomba, Eric Perrot, Jean -Charles Trouabal and Daniel Sangouma in 38.57 s the title again.

At the end of his career Trouabal reached at the 1995 World Championships again in the 200 -meter run and in the season, the semi-finals.
