Jessica Springsteen

Jessica Rae Springsteen (born 30 December 1991 in Los Angeles, California) is an American show jumper.

In April 2014, it was ranked 151 in the world rankings.

Life

She is the second child and only daughter of Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa singer. Her older brother, Evan James Springsteen is a musician.

In addition to other property, the family owns the Stone Hill Farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey. When Jessica and her brothers were enrolled in school, the family moved from Los Angeles to New Jersey in order to protect children from paparazzi.

Springsteen studied psychology at Duke University in Durham (North Carolina).

Career

Five year Springsteen came on her mother for riding and won with the ASPCA Maclay Final 16 years in Syracuse (New York).

In 2008 she was a member of the victorious U.S. team at the U18 Championships North America. 2010, Springsteen was a member of the junior national team of the United States at the Horse Show Horses & Dreams Hagen am Teutoburger Wald. Two years later they had their first Nations Cup start in the age group of the " tab" ( engl. Senior riders ): When CSIO 5 * Gijon she was with Vornado van den Hoendrik part of the U.S. team.

Shortly after the 2012 Olympics, her father bought her the team gold - horse of the British Peter Charles, Vindicat.

Springsteen trained in team Olympic gold medalist Laura Kraut.

  • 2011: 3rd place in the World Cup competition from Lexington KY (CSI 4 * -W) with Cincinnati as well as with the U.S. team 1st place in the Nations Cup Young Riders Lamprechtshausen ( CSIOY ) with Vornado van den Hoendrik
  • 2012: 1st place in qualifying for the Global Champions Tour stage in Vienna (CSI 5 *) with Vornado van den Hoendrik as well as with the U.S. team 8th place in the Nations Cup of Gijon ( CSIO 5 *) with Vornado van den Hoendrik
  • 2013: 3rd place in a World Cup in Wellington FL (CSI 2 * -W) with W Vindicat
