The Jewel- Class is a series of cruise ships, which were built in the years 2005 to 2007 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.
History
In September 2003, two ships of the Jewel- Class were initially ordered, later two more. The ships are essentially based on the Dawn class, which were also built between 1998 and 2002 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg.
