Joakim Nordström

Joakim Nordström (born 25 February 1992 Tyresö ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who stands since 2012 for the Chicago Black Hawks under contract since March 2013 for their farm team, the Rockford IceHogs, playing in the American Hockey League.

Career
