Joan Walmsley, Baroness Walmsley

Joan Margaret Walmsley, Baroness Walmsley, of West Derby in the County of Merseyside ( born April 12, 1943 in West Derby, Liverpool) is a British politician of the Liberal Democrats, which is since 2000 member of the House of Lords.

Study and career

After visiting the Notre Dame High School in Liverpool Joan Walmsley began studying biology at the University of Liverpool and graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Biology) from.
