John Doe (musician)

John Doe ( born February 25, 1954 in Decatur, Illinois when John Nommensen Duchac ) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, bassist and actor. Doe co-founded the punk rock band X. At times, he also played in the groups The Flesh Eaters and The Knitters. As an actor, Doe was seen in numerous TV series and several movies.

Biography

In 1977, John Doe with others in the Los Angeles punk rock band X. He is considered one of the most influential musicians in American alternative rock scene of the early 1980s.

1990 Doe published his first solo album on which he played country-rock. In the 1990s there was again shooting with X until the band finally disbanded and occurred only sporadically.

From 1986, Doe appeared as an actor in appearance. Even before that, there had been two film documentaries with the band X.
