John Malecela

John Samuel Malecela (* 1934 in Bugiri Dodoma region ) was the Prime Minister of Tanzania of 9 November 1990 to 7 December 1994. During the same period he held the office of Vice- President of Tanzania. He served as the Vice President of the CCM from 1995 to 2007 and is still a member of the CCM Central Committee.
