John Newton (actor)
John Haymes Newton ( born December 29, 1965 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina ) is an American actor.
Life
At the age of 19 years, John Haymes Newton moved to New York City to study acting. After three and a half years working as a model, studied and occasionally stood on theater stages, he made his debut in 1988 as the main character of Clark Kent in the television series Superboy. But already after the first season and 26 episodes he was replaced by Gerard Christopher, who played the character until the end. Since then, he starred in, among other television series such as Melrose Place, Desperate Housewives and The Mentalist and has starred in films such as survival! The gene and soldier.
