John Tejada

John Tejada (* April 21, 1974 in Vienna) is an Austrian DJ and producer of electronic dance music. Tejada is the operator of both labels Palette Recordings and Sonikore Recordings. He lives and works in the San Fernando Valley.

1982 moved Tejada with his mother to California and began in 1991 with the production of his own tracks. First publications published from 1996 he founded the label Palette Recordings. Other publications have appeared on A13, Multiplex, Poker Flat Recordings and Daniel Bell Label 7th City.

Many of his tracks originating from the cooperation with his friend Arian Leviste. When John Tejada & Arian Leviste they released the albums Fairfax Sake ( Playhouse ), and Back For Basics ( on pallet Recordings).

Together with guitarist Takeshi Nishimoto, he stands behind the music project I'm Not a Gun. Resulted in several albums, appeared at City Centre Offices from the collaboration.

In 2009, he mixed the 44th edition of the prestigious compilation series Fabric Live.

In addition to his publications and remixes Tejada also works as a music producer for television and commercials.
