Jordan Larson

Jordan Quinn Larson ( born October 16, 1986 in Fremont (Nebraska ) ) is an American volleyball player. She won the 2012 Olympic silver medal.

Career

Larson began her career at the Logan View High School in Hooper (Nebraska ). In 2004 she won the U.S. junior the NORCECA Championship and the following year she participated in the Junior World Championship. During her studies she played from 2005 to 2008 the team of the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. 2009 debuted the universal player in the senior team. In the same year she played for Vaqueras de Bayamón, before she moved to the 2009/10 season to Russia to their current club VK Dynamo Kazan. In 2010 she was with Kazan Russian Cup winner. With the national team, she won the Grand Prix. 2011 Larson was Russian champion and managed the U.S. team to defend the title at the Grand Prix. In addition, the United States won the NORCECA Championship and reached the second place in the World Cup. 2012 succeeded in Kazan, the renewed success in the Russian championship and also the third place in the Champions League. After the third Grand Prix win in a row Laron participated in the 2012 Olympics and won the silver medal with the United States.
