Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte
Jose Panganiban is a Philippine municipality in the province of Camarines Norte. It has 55,557 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ).
The town was formerly known as the " Mambulao " known, the name of which is derived from the word Mambulawan, which means as much as gold.
