Judge Not

Judge Not is the first single which the Jamaican reggae musician Bob Marley has taken. It was only published in 1961 in Jamaica. The song lasts 2:26 minutes. It is not a typical reggae music, but is rather in the style ska. As a special effect can be heard on the recording a tin whistle. Judge Not already has those typical of Marley text style that made him famous later. On the back of the single is " One Cup of Coffee ", a song that slightly resembles lyrically the song " One More Cup of Coffee " by Bob Dylan album " Desire" (1976). Although Judge Not had any great success, Marley was not discouraged and in 1964 with Simmer Down the first No. 1 hit in Jamaica.
