Kalibo International Airport ( Filipino: Paliparang Pandaigdig ng Kalibo, Hiligaynon: Pangkalibutan nga Hulugpaan sang Kalibo, Akeanon: Pangkalibutan nga Paeuparan it Kalibo ) ( IATA: KLO, ICAO code: RPVK ) is an international airport on the island of Panay, the the province of Aklan and the provincial capital of Kalibo served. At the same time it is one of the two airports that serve as Zutrittstor for the tourist island of Boracay ( Caticlan, or Godofredo_P. Ramos Airport is the other). It is currently the fastest growing of the Philippines airport in terms of passenger numbers, with growth of over 50 % in 2010. The airport is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
The airport is surrounded by rice fields, just ten minutes drive from the city center Kalibos away. By the Jetty to Boracay, there are about two hours driving time.
The airport took over in recent years repeatedly air traffic to and from Caticlan.

The terminal is spartan adapted to the needs. Restaurants can be found just prior to the terminal entrance. A small gift shop is available.
Airport fee
At the entrance to the gate of a terminal fee of 20 Pesos for domestic and 540 pesos for international flights will be charged.
