Karapürçek

Karapürcek is a city in Turkey. It is located in the Marmara region in the province of Sakarya. Karapürçek is also chief town of the district of the same name (Turkish Ilce ). The city is located about 22 km southeast of the provincial capital of Adapazarı. 2008 the city of 7,547 and the county had 12,548 inhabitants.

The region is characterized fertile and agriculturally. There are grown grains, beans, potatoes, corn and fruit. There are also animal fattening, poultry farming and silk production.
