Kaynarca is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Sakarya. The village is located about 30 kilometers north of the provincial capital of Adapazarı.

The district is located in the north of the province. It is bordered on the east by Karasu and Ferizli, to the south and Adapazarı Söğütlü, on the west by the province of Kocaeli in the north and the Black Sea. Through the town, the D -020 runs from Adapazari to Istanbul, which branches off the D -014, which leads to the Black Sea by Karasu. In the district of different streams flow to the Black Sea, including the Kaynarca Deresi. Towards the sea, the district ends in sand beach.
