Kari Peters
Kari Peters ( born November 17, 1985 in Remich ) is a Luxembourgian cross-country skiers. He starts both Sprint as well as in distance races.
Originally from Remich Peters took part in the first time in 2005 Junior World Championships in Rovaniemi. In the following years, Peters has multiple Luxembourg Champion and competed in Alpine Cup race. His first international appearance with the adults had Peters at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2007 in Sapporo, where he finished in 60th place in the sprint. In March 2007, he also started at the U- 23 World Cup in Tarvisio. The following year, Peters joined the sports promotion group of the Luxembourg Army. In 2009 he again took part in the Nordic World Ski Championships in Liberec. There he competed in the qualifying race over 10 km classic and the freestyle sprint. In the 2009/10 season of Luxembourg launched for the first time in the World Cup, but missed on four missions in Dusseldorf, Davos, Drammen and Oslo respectively the points.
