Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre National Park

The Lake Eyre National Park, which covers an area of ​​12,880 km ², is located in South Australia on the eastern shore of the Salt Lake Eyre Lake, about 750 kilometers north of Adelaide and 60 kilometers east of William Creek. The park covers the northern salt lake ( Lake Eyre North ), the southern, smaller salt lake ( Lake Eyre South ), as well as parts of Tirariwüste.

This park is located in one of the driest areas of Australia.
