Kemi-Tornio sub-region

Kemi - Tornio is the name of one of six administrative Communities ( seutukunta ) in Finnish Lapland landscape. It is located in the southwest of Lapland and includes the two eponymous towns Kemi and Tornio, both located 25 km away from each other on the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia, and the surrounding communities Keminmaa, Simo and Tervola.
