Kendall Schmidt

Kendall Francis Schmidt ( born November 2, 1990 in Wichita, Kansas) is an American actor and singer.

Life and career

Kendall Schmidt was born in Wichita, Kansas, but grew up in Andover, Kansas. At age six, he began acting, he had his first role in a Chex television commercial. His two older brothers, Kenneth Schmidt and Kevin Schmidt, are also actors.

At the age of ten he was standing with Haley Joel Osment in the Steven Spielberg film AI - Artificial Intelligence front of the camera. One of his first roles he had in the series Frasier. He also had guest spots on Gilmore Girls, ER - The ER and CSI: Miami. He became famous for his role as Kendall Knight on the Nickelodeon series Big Time Rush. Since 2009, he is the lead singer of the band Big Time Rush.

Before Big Time Rush Schmidt was already making music with his band Heffron Drive, which consists of him and his friend Dustin Belt.
