Kenny Florian

Kenneth Alan Florian ( born May 26, 1976 in Westwood ) is an American martial artist.

In his youth trained Florian tennis, martial arts and football. Originally it focused mainly on football, but after his college days Jiu Jitsu has become more important. He started Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu training and participated in tournaments. In 2002, he earned his first mixed martial arts fight and then began to train rings. In 2003 he received a black belt in BJJ. In 2004 he took Muay Thai in his training and graduated on another MMA fight, in which Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, noticed him and signed him for the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, where the final Diego Sanchez he subject.
