Kevin Schöneberg ( born August 24, 1985 in Cologne ) is a German football player.

Career

Schöneberg parents reported this at the age of three years at the local sports club BC Bliesheim to, in its youth teams, he was discovered by scouts of the 1st FC Cologne in 1993 and switched to this. In Cologne's youth departments Schöneberg then played initially as a winger, but then moved into midfield and was eventually retrained to full-back. They succeeded in Schöneberg, is also recommended for various youth national teams of the German Football Association, in which he should complete a total of 38 missions, six of them in the U- 20th In addition to the footballing education Schöneberg also acquired a high school on Elisabeth von Thüringen -Gymnasium in Cologne- Suelz.

For the season 2004 /05 Schöneberg moved up in the men's area of Cologne and belonged first to the second team squad of the club for which he had already completed yet at the end of the preseason as a youth player his first appearance in the third-tier Regionalliga. However, due to a cruciate ligament injury he came in his first regular season in the men's area, only two inserts. 2005/ 06 Schoenberg increased after 32 completed missions with Cologne's second representative in the fourth-rate Oberliga Nordrhein from, but he could be recommended where the following season with good performances for Cologne's license team as Bundesliga relegation took in the 2nd Bundesliga 2006/ 07.

However, in the Bundesliga he came in the first round of the 2008 /09 to no further use, so that he left the club in January 2009 and moved to second division side Hansa Rostock.

With Rostock Schöneberg first played under Dieter Eilts, then Andreas Zachhuber for the league in the season 2008 /09, which was also reached on the final day, with Schöneberg was promoted with 16 inserts for regular in Hansas defensive. In the following season 2009/10 Schöneberg completed another 32 second division games for the Hanseatic League, where he succeeded his first goal in the professional sector. However, Hansa fell again in danger of relegation and finished at end of season 16 table space, which undertook to two relegation matches against Ingolstadt. After an unsuccessful trial with Belgian first division club KVC Westerlo Schöneberg took place in early October 2010 at the German second division club Arminia Bielefeld a new employer with whom he signed a contract initially until 2011. Just a few months later Schöneberg changed in January 2011, further to the league rivals VfL Osnabrück, where he re- signed a contract until the end of June 2011. After he is supposed to be mid-April 2011 and later appeared intoxicated during training, Schöneberg was, however, just as his teammate Björn Lindemann summarily dismissed.

In the following summer, the defender returned to his hometown and joined the NRW - Liga team FC Viktoria Cologne, with the he achieved his championship win and march through to the Regionalliga. For the 2012/13 season changed Schöneberg to third division side Preußen Münster.
