Kimberly Caldwell

Kimberly Ann Caldwell ( born February 25, 1982 in Katy, Texas ) is an American actress and singer. She was known primarily for her participation in the second season of the talent show American Idol, which aired in spring 2003. Caldwell reached the seventh place there.

Career

Caldwell sang at the age of five years for the first time in public at a beauty contest. Later she was five times winner in the category " Junior Vocalist" in the U.S. version of Star Search, singing in the Grand Ole Opry radio show.

In 1995 she sang at the 50th wedding anniversary of former President George HW Bush and his wife Barbara Bush. Finally, she took in the fall of 2001 to the second season of the talent show Popstars: USA part. There, however, she could not qualify for the assembled under the Showband Scene 23 itself. The judges thought they would do better as a solo singer career.
