Klemens Murańka
Muranka Clement (born 31 August 1994 Zakopane ) is a Polish ski jumper.
Career
Muranka jumping for the TS Wisła Zakopane, which qualified for the first time on 21 January 2011 at home Zakopane for a World Cup competition. Four weeks later he was with his club in Szczyrk first Polish team champion. In the same year he won the Polish team the team competition at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Liberec.
After Muranka in Bischofshofen could rise as a third party for the first time on the podium of a Continental Cup jumping 29 January 2012, he won at the 2012 Junior World Championships in Turkey Erzurum with the Polish team the silver medal in the team event and finished sixth in the individual competition. On March 3, 2012, he jumped at the team competition in Lahti, Finland with the Polish team in third place for the first time on the podium in the World Cup. His successful career up to that year he rounded with two second places from among the Continentalcupspringen on 8 and 9 December in Kazakhstan Almaty.
After a fall during a training jump in Austria Muranka had to have surgery because of a corneal injury several times on the eye and therefore expose several weeks with a workout in the summer of 2012. At the Junior World Championships 2013 in Liberec he could with the Polish team defend the silver medal and also placed second in the individual competition. The following year he was in the individual competition of the World Youth Championship in the Italian Val di Fiemme, although only eight, however, won the title with the Polish team in the team competition.
On September 21, 2013 at the summer in Klingenthal he achieved his first Continental Cup victory of his career, which he, like the Second was followed the next day. His first top ten result and therefore his best individual score in a World Cup competition he reached on December 21, 2013 in the Swiss Engelberg, when he was Siebtere. His first Continental success on snow he could celebrate on February 7, 2014 U.S. Iron Mountain.
