Kseniya Ryzhova

Xenija Olegovna Ryschowa, born Vdovina (. Russo Ксения Олеговна Рыжова ( Вдовина ), English transcription Kseniya Ryzhova ( Vdovina ), born April 19, 1987 in Lipetsk, Russian SFSR, USSR ) is a Russian sprinter.

In the U23 European Athletics Championships, she won the 2007 gold in the 4 x 100 - meter relay and 2009 gold in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

In 2010 she won with the Russian relay silver at the World Indoor Championships in Doha about 4 times 400 meters, in 2013 she won the same competition at the World Championships in Moscow gold.
